Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson

Was told we had to pay a $25 deposit in cash. We were not given the deposit back at checkout, even though cleaning staff had been in our room both days and knew we hadn't damaged anything.

Room amenities severely lacking. Updating needs attention. The pool was drained and repairs being performed with out the use of any type of warning signs or caution tape. Insufficient lighting in the parking area located away from the building.

No screen for the balcony door, tv didn’t work , actually it was sparking when I tried To plug it up . Microwave didn’t work in the main plug had to put it on the floor to work inna different plug , toilet seat broke whole I was trying to use it & I called The front desk said maintenance was coming never came . A lot of loud traffic out there will not get again

Booked a room online weeks ago. Got there to check in and was asked if someone from first shift called me. Told them no and was informed there had been a glitch and I in fact did not have a room. Was told to go to their sister hotel, about 9 minutes away.

Bathroom had mold in ventilation, tiles, falling off, low water, pressure, satellite TV that went out with a small amount of breeze. Walked in on the second day with no towels. Guess they didn’t have enough to do wash. Overall, I would not use the name Wyndham with this property.

Hotel messed up reservations and didn't call me before I arrived to find they had no rooms. Tried 4 other places with no luck. Ended up camping in my truck. Son and I ended up having a great time camping so I guess it wasn't all bad.

Room was incredibly dirty and run down. Avoid this hotel!

I went to check in and the front desk informed me that hotels.com over booked them and were no rooms available. Was very upsetting was tired and then had to rush around to find a place to stay.

The property looks like a rental building complex, BUT doesn't look like a Hotel, too many kids and adults just walking around, you can tell that they live there, they are not regular hotel guests. At check in, in the front desk the lady had kids coming in and out of her working area, you can tell they are her own children, and they live there. Once she finish with my check in, she call me "honey" we don't know each other, so inappropriate. I always check to see if the beds are clean, you can tell that the beds were not done by a housekeeper, look like somebody jump over the two beds because once you pull up the bedspread the sheets were all wrinkle, the pillows were flat and had a bed smell. The next day we get out by 9:00 am, we came back around 6:00 pm, the beds were not done, we had no shampoo, I had to go to the front desk to ask for shampoo! they empty only one garbage container, they left the other one with the garbage. One of the unsafe reasons I saw was that some people behavior, and in a Hotel you just don't see that. Definitely not a Hotel that I will recommend to anyone!

"Non smoking" but youe get smacked in the face with the smell of weed
