Room booked was not the same room we were given. Location was hard to find due to no phone number and maps change. No toilet paper was provided in room. AC was weak and toilet was left dirty from last visitors. Good location though if you want to be central

Very mice room and location. Nice staff but dont speak english.

Where to start. The actual room was great because of the size, and the beds were very comfortable: the only good thing I can say. On arrival, I had to lug my suitcase up a steep flight of stairs, despite the 24 hour reception, which wasn't at all true. In the room the air-conditioning wasn't working. Batteries were replaced in remote controls and they got it working. Bedside lamps were the cheapest plastic ones from IKEA. Only one bedside table for each double bed. No drawers for storing clothes. Safe in wardrobe, almost impossible to access as sliding doors in the way. In the kitchen, there were no knives, 3 bowls, 3 forks and spoons and no cooking utensils. There was no ice in the freezer. The curtains didn't close properly in either bedroom and were hanging off the hooks. Black out curtains were mentioned in the ad and in the back bedroom they were not black out. The windows were not double glazed so all the noise from the street (loud music, loud people, traffic) was heard clearly in the rooms. The price of the room was acceptable for the first few days but the final night, 2nd January, it increased from CHF97 to CHF394! We never understood that, apart from thinking that we were paying for all the empty rooms in the hotel. It was a disgrace. We had to go elsewhere for days at a time to get away from the place because the manager would not refund us and we could not afford to pay for 10 nights elsewhere as well. With some thought, this could be a great place for a holiday.

It was right across from the beach which was good.

La struttura è in un ottima posizione, si attraversa la strada è sei in spiaggia. L’unica cosa che ho trovato scomoda sono le scale strette per arrivare alla reception, poi ancora scale per arrivare in camera. La colazione devi farla in un ristorante vicino, sconsiglio vivamente di andarci. Comunque per. Il prezzo pagato non è malvagio.

Property itself is small and reception is 2 floors higher and no elevator only long external narrow steps which is not good for load in your luggage and older people can’t utilize the steps.

The hotel did not exists we got scammed and lost both add on excursions because we were to be picked up at the hotel which was still under Constuction and not yet completed
