The gentleman at the front desk, Mr. Patel, was so friendly. We arrived an hour early. Thought I’d ask if maybe bags could just be held but no, my room was ready! It’s simple but clean and comfortable.

La posizione, la macchina per il ghiaccio a disposizione, il signore alla reception molto gentile.

La colazione tristissima, il letto scomodo, il lavandino fuori dal bagno, il termoconvettore rumorosissimo, ma diciamo che proprio a Phoenix non tornerei!!

Absolument rien, c’est une honte et personne ne devrait se prendre pour un hôtelier quand on a ce type de gestion.

L’emplacement dans une zone d’activités. Le bruit extérieur et de la climatisation (ahurissant) vous empêchent de dormir. Le petit déjeuner : une catastrophe… et pas de mot pour décrire. La piscine, non cachée et donc vue directe sur les ouvriers de la zone industrielle.. Juste ahurissant comment cet établissement est dans votre liste.
