the homelessness made me feel very unsafe, having the door face the parking lot was very scary in such a shady neighbourhood

"Good location, yummy waffles (free!), close to my daughter's campus. Great option to come back."

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The pillows are awful and my neck is a bit tweaked. Too be fair, I have a special pillow at home, so I am sure my body was thrown off by this.
