Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were great. Lots of parking. They were very accommodating for my 2 trucks with trailers

Dear Travel lodge by Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for my booking made on April 4th, 2026. I departed from my home at 9 a.m. that morning; however, on the way, I was unfortunately involved in a traffic accident. As a result, I was unable to check in. I contacted your team to cancel the booking and request a refund by 11 a.m., but I was informed that only Booking.com could process this. Upon reaching out to Booking.com, they sent a request to your team; unfortunately, I was then informed that the refund was declined. Given the unforeseen circumstances and the timing of my request, I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Location is good. Rooms are good. Cleanliness is ok. Parking is convenient. Breakfast was ok. We never had breakfast at the motel but they do have basic items.
