Ok price for emergency stay in city compared with to others.

Beds & pillows not comfortable. Sink clogged.

LOVED the fact that the glass doors had sheers installed for good privacy, haven't seen that at any other place we stayed. That is very thoughtful. Glass doors were very nicely soundproofed and even heavy traffic was hardly noticable. Loved the room and the location of our room within the hotel.

Wifi was a bit sketchy, no microwave in our room, numerous wall plugs had poor connection. Little things like the office ran out of flyers about what Owen Sound has to offer. Really not a big deal at all but it does give the feeling that the management is slightly behind keeping things updated.

Love having complimentary breakfast

Comfortable. We had everything we needed.

Bathroom floor still had black hairs on it when we first came. Otherwise clean. Bed very comfortable.

Our room was adequate. Beds were comfy. Had microwave and fridge. The breakfast was the norm, providing a variety of bread, waffle, and cereal choices. Had boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruit. The staff were cheerful and very helpful.

The water pressure in shower could have been stronger and the water hotter.
