USResponsive staff - responded to questions, repairs, amenities almost immediately, although we never saw any staff at all on premises in the morning. Pool/hot tub was nice
Sitting chairs were dirty, bed fairly soft and uncomfortable. Bathroom needs an update. General building exterior has deferred maintenance. Pretty low end continental breakfast
This property could definitely use some upgrading. Was close to downtown though.
USStaff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Plenty of room to park. Pool was nice, very deep on one end, but clean.

USHorrible hotel and owner. Our AC wasn't working (among other things). Called the office and they told us we could switch rooms or get a refund and move to a different hotel. We chose the refund. While we were loading the car to leave, their employee came to the room and verified the AC wasn't working. We left. A credit was processed for our room. The next day we called the hotel to verify the credit had been processed. The owner told us he was overriding their decision. He said the AC was working fine and he charged our credit card again for the room. I've submitted a dispute to the credit card company. Hotel is primarily suited for 1 hour rentals. Nasty!
