Seems like you are putting too much energy into the bar and inviting a party crowd and not enough into the rooms and amenities. My pool view room lost its charm, dirty fake grass in front and dirty chairs, wall behind front desk needs to be painted, it is the first impression and it looks dirty and a mess. Miss the trees in the courtyard. Overall you lost the charm you had 5 years ago. This is now known as the party hotel, too loud at night and dirty.

Definitely a party spot! Fine for older children but wouldn't recommend for small ones

Staff was sooo user friendly. And it is old Florida. Great bartender too

Stayed here with my husband during July 4th weekend. It was a good time, but the attitudes of the employee nearly ruined the cool vibe of the place. They’ve done a beautiful remodel, now it’s time to work on the staff.

Overall a very good experience great people to meet, a fun environment and friendly. Great area to go site seeing in other designations, variety of nearby recreational activities to do, you’ll find many things to do do

This property is not a good place for a family to stay. The property is very much a party hotel overflowing wirh college age kids. All of that is fine but should be advertised as such.

I’m disabled upon checking in front desk lady told me I had to walk all the way around building with all of my luggage she didn’t even mention elevator.Lots of people smoking pot in pool just overall disappointed in my stay for the amount of money I paid I definitely will not be coming back or recommend to anyone

Don’t expect your rooms to have conditioned air that properly works. Our room was 75 degrees entire visit. Bed sheets were never changed and had to beg for new towels daily. Really upset with my last visit and it will also be my last visit there.

The rooms wouldnt get and cooler than 75 degrees. Some of the security staff walked around like they were tough secret service workers. Not a hotel i would return to. There are so many better options than this one.
