BA Hotel

Very old rough looking building but the room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

WAS QUIET AND PEACEFULL. i LOVED IT

The room was absolutely disgusting rotten chicken under the bed, luggiese on the wall, a dirty needle with blood in the drawer beside the bed bodily fluids and poop on the sheets, bathtub not cleaned and behind the dresser ... dont even get me started about behind the dresser. The desk guy could barely understand anything i was saying to him and refused a refund so we went to someone higher then the hotel and managed to get the refund

This property is on its last legs for sure. lol

Love it here Always my go to hotel when in Red Deer

This was officially the worst experience i have ever had at a hotel... i thought i was booking a room in a hotel, not a motel. The room was dirty. Bed spread had cigarette burns. There was no hot water either. Seriously...no hot water. AND NO HEAT! The room never got over 16 degrees with the heat maxed. My son and i froze. I had to grab wool blankets from my car.The door lock was broken,and the phone to call the front would not work. When i complainted, the front attendent shrugged his shoulder and said oh sorry. If i wanted to camp i wouldnt pay $100 a night. They didnt comp the night. Or even a discount. I strongly recommend against this hotel under any circumstances.

Receptionist was perfect. Provide excellent service.
