The whole stay was awful. To start the guy at the front was rude and stunk horribly! They stated in booking there was a pool and breakfast when we got there they had a paper sign that said pool broken and no breakfast when I asked he just said it says on booking.com they don’t. And when I showed him it did not he just said too bad. Then gave me a room with two twin beds after I booked for queen. Again when I asked him he said those are queen and I said they were not he shrugged and said oh well that’s our queen. The rooms were semi clean hair in corners of floor. And horribly uncomfortable. Then he said my deposit was not charged just held and would be returned on leaving. It was not. He charged it. I asked when I left to refund it the lady said ok. A week later I called backed and he said he already returned it it was not so I had to call my cc company and report it as fraud. These guys are just rude and would not recommended this place at all!!!!

The staff were kind enough. It wss cheap.

Very dirty. The whole hotel needs major renos Our room wasn't very clean. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom was dirty and so old. Cracked bathtub. The staff did bring us new sheets. (Brand new) because I think whatever they are washing the sheets with. All the sheets had yellow spot all over them.

The facility is old and very run down. Cosmetic reno’s only mask age and lack of care over time.

It is very run down. The swimming pool was not available and there was no breakfast service. Walls are thin so loud conversations from adjoining rooms were welcomed
