Clean, friendly for a great price!
Ok for a budget hotel. Room was clean. Staff was super nice. Bed was comfy. The hotel is on a busy noisy street. No AC so had to leave the window open. Someone was smoking in the parking lot and smoke wafted into the room.
USStaff was very friendly and super accommodating. He worked out all of our kinks in our trip and was happy to do so.
Rooms didn't have a/c, would have been fine except my 9 month old previous life before she came earthside was in Antarctica, she likes the temp to be 65 degrees otherwise she's up telling me all about it.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel was so bad I feel like I have to warn others. I spent almost $800 for just 3 nights, and for that price I expected at least a clean, decent room. Instead, I walked into a disaster. The room was dirty from the start the ironing board was stained and disgusting, the closet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the entire place smelled awful. Honestly, if I had known the room would be like this, I would have rather spent $60 to $100 at a Motel 6. At least then my expectations would have matched the quality. This place is absolutely not worth the money. Outside wasn’t any better piles of dirty laundry just sitting around in the open, trash scattered near the rooms, and overall disgusting surroundings that made the property feel completely neglected. Cleanliness, safety, and professionalism were clearly not a priority here. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you value cleanliness, comfort, safety, or even basic hygiene, do not stay here. Spend your money elsewhere, anywhere will be better than this.

Reeked of smoke
USProperty manager Sam was very helpful in checking in and helpful with room issues. However, very hard window to open without the designed screw. Woke up with bites and muscle soreness from the bed. $350 for a 2 night holiday weekend.

The room was really warm and neither turning on the fan or opening a window helped. The TV was too small and the juice machine in the lobby would sometimes dispense dead fruit flies.
