Ramada by Wyndham Thunder Bay Airlane Hotel

Room was easy to access as it had a door out to the parking so useful for bringing in bags. It has access to two main roads so you can drive to several places comparatively easily.

Rooms were in need of updating. Beds were old and tired. The lobby looked like it was under construction but I understand it had just had an update. It was very poor quality however.

Wonderful location and Staff , great size room. I understand its an older hotel but some sprucing up wouldn't hurt. I would give it a 5 out of 10. Was very quiet too for noise levels.

Garbage in hallways and distinct odor in building and room , had to sleep with windows open . Better pillows and bedding would help too. Pictures on website and very different .

Behaviour and support from the staffs were very good.

I have stayed in Ramada hotel earlier in different cities of the world. Those were very good in condition and service. But this one is the least one. No water, toothbrush, facial tissue, etc were provided in the living room. The room was old and not cleaned as expected from Ramada.

Night staff / receptionist was very bad.
