Check in was prompt and quick. Location is good. Complete kitchen amenities with our room. Fitness Room is excellent.

Clean, good parking, close to DFW Airport, quiet, comfortable beds. A staff member was on duty and friendly despite our after midnight arrival.

Breakfast was ok for continental style.

The woman who checked me in was very rude loud unprofessional, didn’t speak good English. She had a bad attitude. And the future, please have someone professional kind, courteous who welcomes guest not a person who makes a customer visitor feel unwelcome unwanted, very disappointed with this front desk service

Room was in such terrible conditions, hairs all over the bed linens and roaches in the restroom. I will not recommend this hotel at all. I have pictures to prove it.
