ANGEL'S PARK HOTEL

Very clean hotel, clean sheets and very comfortable bed. Close to Pamoukale and downtown Denizli. Overall great experience.

The room was clean, stuff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The only problem was that the room was prepared for one person. However when we request for glass, slippers, towels etc. , they bring them quickly. Overall it was a good stay.

Not happy with my stay Negative: Poor room condition. 1. No hot water in the shower. 2. Room carpeting odor too heavy. Smells Like a smoking room but it indicated as no-smoking room. 3. Synthetic nylon bedding is ridiculous. The beddings aren’t made of cotton. It feels like plastic and sand-paper on skin. I literally stayed up 4 hours till fall asleep. It’s like a motel. I charged two nights and decided to quit after one Night stay. Positive: The hotel service is very good. The manager is very friendly and welcoming. All staffs are humble and friendly.

Staffs hardly speak English. Manager didn't want to give us the room we book at the beginning. I had to be very firm to get a room that I booked at the beginning. AC and Wifi is controlled by the office in the lobby. During the night we had to get up every hour to turn on the AC.

Excellent hotel, large comfy rooms, best front desk staff Can surely do better in breakfast. Was mentioned buffet breakfast but had just olives,cucumber and tomatoes in the plate. Askedfor grilled vegetable sandwich and just got a samoli filled with cucumber n tomato slices and a slice of cheese. 4/10 in breakfast otherwise 10/10 in every department including staff, room, cleanliness.

Nice clean room, good aircon, good internet, awesome massage ($20) and a good dinner.

Great hotel, service and price

It’s a wonderful “small city” hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly but speaks limited English. The rooms are impeccable but it took more than 5hrs to cool down because they keep the ac off and with such a weak ac and summer temperatures... it was a baking oven. The food is very good but with a very limited menu. As for the bar, it’s a lovely setting but with almost no options for cocktails. As I mentioned, it’s a wonderful “small city” hotel.

The service from the management and staff was excellent especially from Buraak, Livanur and Halil...they really made us feel at home. Buraak the manager also took me to the bus station to book my next leg of travel....lastly i even left my wallet with my credit cards at the hotel reception which would have been a disaster to our holiday....But Buraak the manager rushed to the bus station to give it to me. Excellent service.
