This will be our top choice, especially if we are staying an extended period of time. The full kitchen (stove with full size fridge and dishwasher) was a pleasant surprise.

Great location, friendly staff.

Check in was at 3:00. We arrived at 3:00 to check in. It was a group of 19 with 4 rooms. Not one room was ready to go. Not one. We waited over 2 hours in the lobby for rooms. One of us waited over 3.5 hours for rooms. No manager spoke to us, no discount for the room. Nothing. We still paid full price even though we couldn’t check into the rooms on time.

Positives: clean, walking distance to hurricane harbor and rangers game, friendly staff, corn hole and basketball hoop next to pool, some breakfast items were great just too much sugar and white flour, need a little more healthy proteins or whole wheat carbs, coffee hot and cold water was open all day in the lobby Negative: pullout bed is hard unless they give you 2 form pads, room space was tight for the studio with 4 people, only 1 small elevator and not enough carts for luggage, had to check out without a cart, if that’s not a problem it would have been great

It was clean.

When we arrived at check in, my family had to wait 2 hours to get in their rooms because the rooms were not ready on time.The door to our building was broken and wouldn't accept our key card. We had to wait for someone in the building to come to the door so we could get in. We went to the front desk to see what was going on but they didn't know. We couldn't find the remote to the tv. We searched and found it on the floor between the bed and night stand. We had to reboot the tv all for it to say no internet connection. We finally just gave up and went to bed. I made it my mission to leave bright and early in the morning.

this hotel is very close to water park. Just over the street, very convinence for family trip to water park. Generally saying, it's beyond my expectation

If you enjoy peace, quiet and pleasant smells then this is not a good choice. If you enjoy daycares and dog kennels then this is a place for you. Families and kids running up and down the hallways 24/7. Didn't realize they except animals and there were howling and wimpering dogs to endure as well. Families staying there decided the hallway was social hour and kept their hotel room doors open and mingled in the hallway. Other things that were not good or well maintained are the following: The Room Door was not centered on its hinges. You could see light coming through all the edges of the door and you could tell it was literally hung on an angle and not flush with the door jam. The window had a very large crack in it. The tile floor around the shower was in need of updating and in poor condition. The free breakfast in the morning was one of the worst assortments of food from any free breakfast hotel offer. They did offer to move rooms when asked, but decided it was the entire hotel and it wouldn't get any better. Extremely disappointing that this is a Marriott property. 2nd straight Marriott property that has been disappointing. Wondering if Marriott even means anything anymore.
