Extended Stay America Suites - St Louis - Fenton

Beds comfortable,great location.

Very dusty and black mold looking stuff in widow lin living room, also a lot of dust by the open installation, floor Very dusty also Just need to do better with dusting. Everything else was clean

The 1st room they put us in the bathroom was dirty. Poop stain in toilet, shower not clean, sink not clean. Kitchen cabinets had trash still in them. Bathroom door was broken, the mirror in bathroom was broken and the towel rack fell down when we got a towel off of it lol. Also the bathroom door wouldn't close due to that being broken as well. Couldn't get front desk to answer to switch out rooms. We were exhausted from driving for hours so just went to bed because that appeared to be OK. The next morning we did call front desk which they switched us rooms. The tub again wasn't clean but it was better than the last room.

Good location. Front desk lady was friendly.

The room was not ready when we got there at 6:00 pm. While I was waiting for my room to be ready. Another customer came back to the front desk and demanded a refund because their room was filthy. I should have ran hearing that. But no, I took a chance. Ugh!! My room had the worst odor and was also gross.Only thing clean in the room were the sheets and towels. Breakfast was a bag of instant oatmeal.

The room was good

Said free breakfast but was only coffee, hot chocolate and a few muffins. Poor excuse for breakfast.

It was not bad for the price for a big family to stay the night

Better supplies for the room, there were no bathroom supplies, Ususally hotels have supplies if people forget to bring them. I wasn't aware of having dishes or appliances to use in the kitchen. No Paper towels or extra cups for water and ice. The pillows on the beds were horrible could not get comfortable with them. And the Blankets were way too thin.
