The staff was great. They were all friendly and helpful. I had a long stay, and they all greeted me with a smile every time they saw me. It was SO NICE!!

It was great all around!

Mold on the ceilings. it was raining outside and massive amounts of rain coming in the closed, locked, and sealed windows. Disgusting!! Do not stay here!!!

The staff at this motel was terrific. Housekeeping, breakfast area, and front desk - all were friendly, helpful, just all around a good atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable.

The door frames have a gap around them, so they let in and out a lot of sound and light. Very clean. Probably needs some fresh paint and updating within the next couple of years. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious. Bathroom is small. Lots of grab and go type breakfast items and a couple hot items, not that great but better than nothing. Only about 10 minute drive to the Mall of America and a lot of shopping and dinning within a mile.

Clean room with plenty of towels. Had to wait at check in desk for quite awhile for someone to come and check me in.

Check in was super easy and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind! Then, the next morning breakfast was wonderful and the front desk staff were super nice! It was a great experience and we really liked the separate bedrooms in the suite we had.
