My room for three days was not done once. The room smells like cigar, they didn’t do the bed not change the towels. Body wash was empty on the first day and never refilled. No breakfast area. I booked this hotel for being pet friendly, oh surprise!!! I had to show to the receptionist the Hotel webpage because they are not pet friendly anymore due to new Management. Fortunately they let me stay with my furry. Positive point. Another lady during check in was complaining about the hotel announcing Pool area and again , the receptionist says that hotel did not have a pool.

"Stay away! Bloody sheets "

The blood on the bed sheet and pillows was totally unacceptable. We looked for back up ways to sleep in our clothes. It was midnight when we finally got back for bed and had no energy after a long drive from Miami and moving to go back to the front desk. The shower was clogged. Pressure in the shower head was poor. The chair had yellow stains on it. And the cups were not even clean not to mention the dirty utensils in the drawer.

Stayed 5 days paid for 7 was told might be reimbursed haven't heard anything! Thought there was going to be a pool but that was not there just a concrete slab!! Was really hoping to watch NETFLIX as also advertised, was told the maintenance man had to deal with it and wouldn't be back for several days! Got woke up to banging bc of construction every day!! The staff weren't even friendly or knowledgeable. People hanging outside the bldg all hrs of night. The only convenience was it's located in the heart of everything Tallahassee has to offer!! Definitely won't stay there again. Overall not impressed!!
