"Utterly disappointed"

Nothing. There was nothing redeeming about the room what so ever. Minimal #of towels for a 2 bedroom suite. The place was filthy and they provided no cups plates or utensils in a room with a kitchen.

You name it and it was awful. Way overcharged for a 3 night stay.. Tried to complain but staff was uninterested in hearing the complaint.

"Call an exterminator to bomb the whole place. The roaches were that bad."

Cons: ROACHES WERE EVERYWHERE! It smelled horrible and the visitors above us sounded as if they were going to fall through the ceiling! Extremely loud and inconvenient.

THIS WAS THE WORST “hotel” IVE EVER BEEN TO ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! THE HALLWAY SMELLS LIKE CAT PISS!!! THERE WERE BUMS LITERALLY TAKING A CRAP OUTSIDE!!! THE STAFF WAS RUDE!!! A NIGHTMARE TRUTHFULLY

Poorly maintained. Water damaged drywall in bathroom. Door ajar on oven. Filthy, wrinkled drapes. Gauges in closet door and walls. Food grime on microwave. No towels. Foam exposed in couch arms.
