The fitted sheets on our bed in main bedroom was dirty/stained but no problem getting it switched out. The drain in shower was clogged and standing in water while showering. However we still say it’s a 5!

It was a Great stay! Quiet, Clean and Safe! Everything about this stay was good! Sarah at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming! They provide a nice breakfast with different options daily. Heated pool, small snacks for purchase in their front area.They put out popcorn and cookies each evening. Pool closes at 8, to keep things calm and family friendly, which is good! Everything was great! Great, Great, Great! One of our rooms smelled like someone cooked some spicy food and the smell lingered but we kept the room because it was clean! No other complaints! Great stay!

I was put in a handicap accessible room and did not know until I opened the door. The temp in the room was warm and I couldn't get it to cool down so I had to go purchase a fan.

Disappointing. We are fans of Towneplace Suites. This one just didn’t compare. When we arrived, the front lobby had a strong stench of deodorizer. Not a welcoming fragrance. The fragrance stayed on our clothes afterwards. We skipped the complimentary breakfast because it was held in the same area as the deodorized lobby. Staff was very kind though. Wake up management.
