The one bright spot of our stay was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, especially Grant..he went out of his way to help us carry things in when we first arrived, which we really appreciated. The location is also convenient, with several stores nearby. It's clear the people working here care, even if the condition of the hotel itself doesn't reflect that.

We stayed here recently and were extremely disappointed by the condition of the room, especially given our medical and accessibility needs. There are several serious issues that made the stay uncomfortable and even unsafe. First, the freezer and refrigerator were essentially useless. The freezer door wouldn’t seal properly, and even when you tried to shut it carefully, it never got cold enough to freeze anything. We rely on ice packs for a disability..related condition, and nothing stayed frozen. The refrigerator also struggled to keep things cool. The kitchen setup was poorly maintained and borderline hazardous. The stove coils were the wrong size for the burners and didn’t sit flat, so anything placed on them tipped or wobbled dangerously. The garbage disposal didn’t work, and the sink backed up frequently, filling with water and draining very slowly. The sofa bed was so hard it was practically unusable for sleeping..it felt like lying on bare springs with a sheet over it. The carpet smelled strongly of dog urine, which made the whole room feel unclean, and the air from nearby rooms came through the vents, so we could constantly smell whatever food other guests were cooking. Additionally, the heating unit emitted a strong, foul odor that made us cough and feel nauseated..it was especially tough at night. The doors to the room were extremely heavy, making them hard to manage for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, the room was dirty, poorly ventilated, and not even close to being accessible or comfortable for someone with medical needs. This stay was a major letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially those with health concerns or disabilities.

Nothing really comes to mind. You can hear upstairs people through the floor if they are moving around and being loud, but that's nothing crazy annoying.

The staff are amazing! There was a line that took less than 5 mins. They had yummy m+ m cookies + complimentary popcorn in nice easy bags. That’s the kind of thoughtful touch that the staff excel at. I like the larger than dorm room fridge with mini stove to cook. It has everything I need. Shower felt like a rainfall + got nice + hot! The nightstand lights had an outlet for any gadget plus usb. Super convenient! I’ll stay here again!

The setup of the room is amazing n very clean. I like that you can cook. I look the eggs at breakfast time.

I don’t like that they didn’t offer different breakfast meats. They only give you sausage yucky. Everyone don’t eat sausage. Also they can do better with the waffle batter.

Was great to have a small but functional kitchen. Allowed us to get groceries and save some money. AC was quiet and we had a great sleep.

Quick registration and easy access to property. Staff was friendly.

Didn’t have a pleasant stay that’s really all I’m going to say staff could have been more friendly / helpful idk if it was just a bad day for the younger girl with black straight/ curly hair or what was happening but they didn’t tell me any information beside this is your room number have a good day like ….. okay :/
