The customer service was court

They had a different person’s name on my reservation. There’s also a random comment on my booking from someone saying they’re reporting this as Freud so I’m concerned about my information being used in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

I stay was quiet the morning service was good

I stayed at a lot of ESA but this was by far the worst not clean hallways or rooms the rooms were tidy but not clean and the roaches I seen 1-2 but once I turned the heat on baby they came out like it was a party call the front desk asked for spray of some thing I was told they would put a work order in with maintenance in the morning

My room was dirty when I checked

Front desk was friendly, room was ok, outdoors was in good condition. Rest of the place was tired.

The staff was nice. But the property needs a complete make over. The hotel is listed as non smoking property. I have allergies and I could not stay and had to leave and stay at another hotel
