Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Northlake

I extended my stay, paid online, and received confirmation but still is not checked in. I am in the lobby by myself with manager and front desk not handling the situation at all. The money has been debited out my account so what the hell am I to do. Some assistance would be nice

Location and price

Had to speak to 5 different people to get an answer about early check in. Everything was broken, including the microwave. All of the complimentary dishes were dirty. Trash in the hallways and everywhere outside. Fire alarm randomly going off late at night with no urgency to turn it off. Would never stay here again.

This hotel should be condemned. People hanging out in the parking lot smoking and drinking. My family came to Atlanta's for my nephew's high school graduation. So we did not get to the room until about midnight because e were at my sisters. As we arrive people in parking lot drinking and smoking. As we walk into hallway it angela like cigarettes and weed. We get to our door and a couple on the floor like they are about to get intimate. At this point I know I'm not staying here but it's late and I can't check into another hotel until the morning. As we go inside the room the floor has layers of dirt and the curtains had stains on them that I can't make out. The bathroom is disgusting as rust and mold are all over. The shower is separating from the floor. There were roaches all over a I killed 3 myself. I try my best to make the best of a horrible situation and have my wife and 9yr old daughter sleep for a couple hours until the sun comes up so we can run as fast as we can from this place. I could not even wait that long as 10 to 15 guys were hanging out and being loud at 3am so I got my family out of there and just got rest in the car until I could get us another hotel. This company should be held responsible for the negligence of this property and it being ran like a halfway house. They are lucky that it is not allowing me to upload the photos and videos i have.

My reservation was canceled without any notification prior to my arrival.

Refused to let me get an additional room for my family. Finally relented after i begged them but insisted i had to leave tomorrow

Checked out after our first day. Room was dirty, curtain ripped, hallway and rooms smelled bad. We found food in our fridge, I told the front desk and got a garbage bag and placed the food in it and put it outside our room. When management came the next day they told me I have no proof of the food being in the Fridge. I use to love staying at this property but it went straight down hill.
