From September 16th to September 20th, in room 2315, BOOKING order number 5828386618, on the first night when I entered, there was no water in the faucet. I called the maintenance personnel arranged by the front desk and could not find the reason, and insisted on closing the door for inspection. This is suspected of violating privacy and harassing women for women living alone. That night, I filed a complaint against the maintenance personnel, and the front desk staff accepted my complaint. My current request is to offer an 80% discount on my first night's room rate, while keeping the price unchanged for the remaining three days. This is compensation for my personal safety and for the delay in my first stay without water. What's even more infuriating is that when I was ready to change rooms to 2602 and packed my luggage, someone came up and said there was water again, making me pack my luggage for nothing. They also said there was no need to change rooms and that I wouldn't be able to return to my room until 11 pm, which was too late.
