Het personeel was qua omgang en werkhouding top! Nette kamers, goede schoonmaak / roomservice en vriendelijk in communicatie

Op 1 dag geen kok aanwezig in het restaurant dus keuken niet open. Voor een 4 sterrenhotel onacceptabel.

Good breakfast, the staff in the breakfast room worked really hard. Good sized pool but quite cold (early June). Wasn’t clear where to get pool towels from. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

The rooms weren’t very spacious and the furniture was dated. It was 25 minute uphill walk to the Cathedral.

Chambre propre, confortable et calmer (coté piscine). Personnel agréable, en particulier celui proposé au petit déjeuner et au bar Grande piscine

Je n'ai pas eu en arrivant la chambre avec balcon et vue sur piscine que j'avais réservée 4 mois auparavant Je ne l'ai eue que le lendemain Il m'a été expliqué que l’hôtel était plein et que l'on m'avait attribué une chambre équivalente cette chambre était certes plus spacieuse mais son balcon donnait sur une rue passante et n'était pas équipé de table et de chaises, donc inutile.... Un geste commercial, pas exemple un cocktail, aurait été apprécié. Peut mieux faire

Gran hotel. Cómodo, cerca de la estación intermodal y relativamente cerca del centro, andando. En cualquier caso, el bus 1 para justo en la puerta del hotel, y por un euro te deja en el centro.

Suelen tener poco personal en recepción, y el check-in se hace un poco largo y tedioso por la espera. Llegábamos de finalizar el Camino de Santiago, por lo que llegamos muy cansados, y la espera se hizo pesada. También es cierto que, una vez que nos tocó ser atendidos, fueron muy amables.
