El personal es altamente entrenado es rápido y efectivo. La limpieza de las instalaciones y la comodidad de las camas extraordinaria. El agua caliente es inmediata.

El ruido de la plaza se oye aunque deja dormir.

Our first impression was basically “wow, we’re actually driving the car straight into the lobby…” The second impression, however, was extremely unpleasant. The man in the parking area tried to send us somewhere else, even though there was nowhere else to park. He didn’t speak a word of English, and our very limited Spanish didn’t help either. We wanted to leave the car in the parking lot for a moment and go to the reception to sort out the check-in and the parking, but he wouldn’t let us. In the end, he directed us into an underground garage that looked straight out of a horror movie — our first thought was that this might be the end… The window in our room faced the street, and the noise coming from outside was unbelievable. In the room, we had only two large towels and one small hand towel; we didn’t receive anything we could use in front of the shower — which, by the way, didn’t drain at all. On Booking, it simply states “breakfast included,” but nowhere does it mention that it is only covered up to 250 pesos per room. I believe this information should be made clear. No one told us, so at breakfast we had to ask how it actually works. It was also very cold in the “restaurant”. I also think the hotel’s Booking page should not list “hot tub/jacuzzi” as a general amenity when this option only applies to selected rooms.

En el restaurante tardaron mucho tiempo para atendernos y servir los alimentos.

La limpieza esta muy bien y las personas que atienden son muy amables.

Si vas por trabajo y necesitas la conexión a Internet es muy deficiente no funciona como se requiere, además si ingresan nuevos inquilinos el ruido no te deja dormir o trabajar es necesario mejorar la atención y el respeto cuando dejan que ingresen a las 9 de la noche nuevos inquilinos.
