Desde que llegas las recepcionistas no son amables, están con sus teléfonos, no dan control de TV, no ofrecen Wifi, las habitaciones sin ventilador o A/C, muy bochornosas y sábanas en malas condiciones (rotas y con quemaduras de cigarros)

Price vs commodity

So far from Periferico and a lot of traffic jam to get there. Also even though I stayed in the hotel section couple in front of me were making a lot of noise with the tv until 3am, so I couldn't sleep. The bathroom hadn't an extra floor towel to get out the shower. Walls are too thin and everything is heard Cleaning staff shout! No talk so I couldn't be relax, after I didn't sleep well the cleaning staff did make lot of noise at 7-8am!!!

Fue una estancia muy grata, las habitaciones con mucho espacio, siempre agua caliente, el servicio de limpieza diario, buena velocidad del internet. Y el estacionamiento siempre seguro, y con alguien pendiente.

Siempre he tenido excelente estancia en este hotel, el personal siempre había sido muy atento, pero en este horario precisamente 220 a.m del 19 de enero, la que está en recepción es una majadera, prepotente, venía con mi hijo cargado y le pedí de favor que abrieran la puerta del sótano para poder salir y la contestación de ella fue que si ya iba a salir para desocupar la habitación con sonrisa cínica, haciendo referencia que no era lugar para un menor.
