"Photos non conforme inacceptable"

Non conforme aux photos affichés sur booking. J'arrive a 1h du mat pour constater qu'on me donne une chambre en cours de rénovation. Moisissure a la salle de bain. Même une chambre en formule 1 est plus acceptable que ce qu'on m'a attribué. Un handicap et un enfant asthmatique. J'ai du chercher un autre hotel en pleine nuit. Inacceptable de dormir la dedans.

Les chambres sont très mal isolées toute la nuit, on entendait l’ascenseur qui monte et qui descendait une horreur, impossible de dormir!!
