We had an incredible time at X. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Ms. Roopi, who took the time to assist us even though she was already on the phone with another customer. Since we arrived early, she provided helpful information about our stay and assured us our room would be ready within an hour—and it was right on time. Mr. Diego was also exceptionally kind and attentive. While he was cleaning the restroom, he went out of his way to call the elevator down for me as I carried several plates up to my room for my family. That simple gesture did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated. The only downside to our stay was the parking situation. I was honestly perplexed by the requirement for guests to pay for parking. It would make far more sense to charge non-guests who utilize the lot for long-term parking, rather than hotel guests. This was the one aspect of an otherwise wonderful experience that left me confused and disappointed. Please open the pool when the weather is warm during the winter. If not please do note on the site when the pool is closed down for the season.

We loved how spacious the rooms were, and the full set of kitchen appliances really made us feel at home. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also appreciated that they allowed us to check in early.

While the rooms were great, the customer service needs improvement. Some staff members were not very friendly, and most of the time, there was no one at the front desk. We called customer service several times to request additional towels and toilet paper, but no one ever answered the phone. Thankfully, we were on the first floor near the reception area, so we were able to walk over in person. Additionally, the ironing board in our room was broken. I reported this to the receptionist, but she did not offer to replace it.
