"Very unpleasant stay"

We found a used face mask and gloves in the sofa bed, when we opened sofa bed old cereal fell out. Toilet flush was broken so water was constantly running and my husband had to fix it. Bed frame had a crack . Outside out door was a dogs poo and loads of dry food. I would not recommend at all all

Oth0er than an issue with the lights that the management were more than happy to deal with, the apartment was excellent, very well appointed and scrupulously clean. Very comfortable and would stay there again. Brilliantly positioned close to the Wye, ice cream van, coffee shop, playing fields, Cathedral and town!

"Lovely apartment!"

The apartment was great and was just as stated. Everything was very clean and well presented. The apartment was really cosy and warm once you got the heaters on. Wifi was fast with a very strong connection. Will be returning if I visit the area again!

The drainage in the shower was very slow and meant that you had to be quite quick in the shower. I would’ve liked to have taken my time but felt like I had to speedy to make sure the bathroom didn’t flood.
