The facilities are dirty and old. The AC systems are weak. The service is incompetent. They overcharged and would not refund. Awful location.

there was NO water in the shower!.

Sliding glass door would not lock for security & shower handle would fall off was very on maintained facility. Lots of vagrants hanging around trying to hustle you when you’re trying to get a taxi.

Shocking hotel and I paid nearly $400 after taxes and fees! RUN from this hotel! I can not believe, nor do I understand, how this hotel received any positive reviews. It is a dump! My room was made of cinder blocks painted yellow, I walked down what seemed like a scary alley way to get to my room which was at the back of the hotel, (I reserved a poolside room) next to a fence draped in mangled fabric overlooking a construction site, the shower handle came off in my hand, the room paint and grout were peeling and dirty, tv quality was poor every channel was pixelated, miscolored, lastly there was no internet reception. Not the worst thing but when you have work to do, it's a problem. I felt like I was in a third world country on the opposite side of the planet. Lovely people on the island but run from this hotel!

Convenience and clean.

There was no Internet I was unable to do my work and they were ants in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends
