Romora Bay Resort & Marina

Our crew of eight recently spent two nights at Romora Bay Resort and Marina and enjoyed every second. The rooms are fantastic and the grounds are gorgeous. The staff, both in the resort and marina, are unbelievably kind and helpful. With two restaurants on site, including Acquapazza - an authentic Italian eatery with some Bahamian twists. The meals at both were exceptional! The on-site pool is perfect for relaxing in after a day out adventuring and exploring. At the staff's advice, we hired a guide to take us to four of northern Eleuthera's scenic spots and we're so glad we did. If you're in the area, it has to be on your to-do list! Blue Sapphire swimming hole, Preacher's Cave and beach area, the Glass Window Bridge and the Queen's Baths are all stunning. Whether you're traveling by boat or plane, Romora Bay is a great getaway. We can't wait to go back!

Loved staying here, great activities nearby and gorgeous views. They provide you with golf carts if needed and the food at each restaurant was amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be back again

My friend and I decided to stop by this part of the island to check out the marina. We came to the restaurant for an early dinner and caught the beautiful sunset. We ordered the seared ahi tuna and grilled mahi mahi with corn polenta, both of which were absolutely delicious. There was also live music and amazing cocktails. Such a lovely way to end my day.

The Romora Bay Marina is very nice, clean, and has excellent service. If you are docking a private boat, it is quieter than Valentines. So we liked it. At the office you can get hooked up with a golf cart that can be dropped off by the restaurant or hotel. You have full use of the pool, the small work out room, and its actually an easy way into town. On Sunday's they have live music and it get crowded. Great music and a fun time. Comfortable and good location yet very tired. Carpets worn & stained. Mold in places. High price for average lodging. People all friendly and kind.

The place is beautiful however service wasnt Not willing to help and when asked for the coffee manager said he will send itbutnever got it!! On top of it they didnt make any breakfast which makes us leave every morning to get our first coffee!! Everything is overpriced in the island but it would be worth if they care about guests!!!

Loved the privacy of the cottages. Staff was friendly and accommodating . Bed and pillows were great!! Nice pool overlooking at the ocean . No beach on premises however they are everywhere in the island. Pink sands my fav. Overall had a great fantastic time. Restaurant not part of the resort is amazing. Great Italian food. Romoras grill and bar is also very good. This time it was closed due to low season but we have had drinks and appetizers ,lunch and it was very very good.😀

Excellent place to stay, staff are friendly, food is great, room is exceptional and the view of the sun set just makes you want to stay forever..

My company Sea-R.O. Inc. designs and builds desalination systems for island facilities as well as marine systems for boats. We travel throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean and stay at a lot of different hotels. Romora Bay is a very nice and well maintained facility that I have stayed at previously and will do so again. At check in, was not only walked to my room, but they took the time to let me boot up my tablet so she could make sure I could sign in with the password provided. Nice touch. A personal favorite restaurant on the island, Aqua Pazza is now located on the grounds of Romora Bay property which is an added bonus. Quiet, clean, and comfortable.

Shower floor was nasty. Asked to have it cleaned but I don't believe they tried, nor did they see to care. No one from the hotel followed up. Room was reasonably nice other wise. $600 room should have a clean shower. Photo is day after we asked to have it cleaned. Bathroom was very small.
