Everyone went out of their way to make you comfortable. Very wonderful people!

The resort is located in a very pretty island but sadly they can’t provide with the amenities and service that is required of a resort charging the rate for a luxury resort. I stayed here for my honeymoon and their WiFi never worked. The coffee maker and other equipment in the room are just for decoration so don’t expect them to work. The hair dryer didn’t work. The TV had parental lock password. The staff had no clue about how to help us with these matters and acted surprised when we were asking for help as if it is not their job and we were asking for too much. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are expecting standard services.

Food at the club was fantastic! Staff and guests all extremely friendly. They make you feel like a local. Truly a magical place!

The Green Turtle Club and Green Turtle Cay are magical places. The staff at the club are amazing. The food was top notch. Housekeeping was immaculate.

Anlage und Green Turtle Cay sind sehr schön, ruhig, Karibik-Feeling. Die Hauptinsel Abaco ist leider vom letzten Wirbelsturm ziemlich mitgenommen.

Unfortunately, the Green Turtle Club was one of the worse resort experiences we've had. Upon arrival (and after traveling all day - flights, taxi and ferry) to reach the resort - the front desk gave us the room key and instructed us to walk 10-15 minutes down a road to our cottage. I was dumbstruck - why they could take our bags to our cottage using a golf cart but could not offer the same accommodation to me and my husband was beyond unacceptable - especially given the intense mid-day August heat. No one showed us the resort, explained the amenities or showed us our room / cottage. We were forced to hire a golf cart early just so we could get to our cottage - which was not within walking distance from the main resort. The maids did a fine job but the room had bed bugs - at first, we thought it might be the island noseeums but we left covered in rashes and bumps all over our bodies. The bed was also hard as a rock and uncomfortable. At check out, they announced that we owed a membership fee (which was not included in the booking.com confirmed price) - we still don't know what the fee covered (which was over and above the 25% VAT, Resort Levy and Hotel Service Charges we were already charged) - but so frustrated at this point, we paid it just so we could leave. The people on the island were very nice but the GTC resort is seriously lacking given the prices charged.
