Spacious and well lit room. Location was a few kilometers away from where we needed to be but it's a great alternative rather than staying in the crowded town center. Plenty of parking spaces.

Nice and clean. Very good room when you think about the location in Lucena. We were visiting family and needed a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly enough, but did not know how to get us a taxi. I do not think that they are used to tourist.

"Only provided a small bottled water. was not even allowed to get a bottled water in the morning by the cleaning staff. N"

Just a plain room with no amenities included. It only includes 2 small bottle of water. No coffee/tea maker, no mini ref, no bedroom slippers, no hair dryer, no iron that is supposed to be included in the room.

"Other than the internet we really enjoy the hotel. It is our "go to" place for business stays"
