Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

very comfy soft pillows. my only issue is the heat/air does not follow the setting

It was a treat to stay at the Sheraton in Toronto last week. I was there for a hip replacement surgery at Clearpoint Surgical Solutions across the street. The staff was so friendly, accommodating & made our stay awesome. They graciously allowed us to book in early & rest, had all the amenities to support surgery recovery. The gym was clean, good quality equipment & the pool was lovely with a bright dome ceiling to allow lots of light in. The restaurant staff were kind & helpful especially Ursula & Elif & Johanna. The food was delicious & fresh & never disappointed. We will stay here again.

We stayed here overnight before our flight to Vancouver. We had lunch in the restaurant and the service was amazing. We went there for dinner where the service dropped dramatically. The waitress walked past our table and totally ignored my empty glass she only asked if we wanted a drink when our meals were bought out. I needed the restroom and found there was a hastily directed sign on the women’s restroom saying it was gender neutral. Why wasn’t the same sign put on the men’s restroom. After our plates were removed she asked if we wanted dessert which we declined then offered coffee or tea which we declined she then said she would get the bill. No offer if we wanted another drink it was like she couldn’t wait to get rid of us. In the morning my husband went to get a coffee and the person who served him couldn’t understand that he wanted to pay for the coffee rather than charge it to the room.

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff are so focused on customer satisfaction. They really like their jobs here. Our waitress, Urszula, went out her way to make each meal special. She has 22 years experience at this hotel. The fitness center has modern equipment and all equipment is clean and not out of service. The pool is beautiful with a glass dome that allows for lots of ilight. No mold or rust spots anywhere in the pool area. Spotlessly clean pool area. The pool water is salt based not chlorine based, which is much easier on skin and eyes. Rooms are spacious with modern and quality furnishings. Air handling is quiet and easy to adjust settings. Floor to ceiling windows with really neat venting to allow fresh air with room security. Attention to detail is obvious in all aspects of operations. I look forward to staying here in the future.
