"Prima, maar met ruimte voor verbetering"

De ligging t.o.v. de locatie waarvoor we naar Hannover zijn gereisd. De dame die het ons mogelijk maakte ook zonder reservering ter plaatse in het restaurant te kunnen eten, verdient een compliment!

De ietwat stugge ontvangst bij aankomst door een (blijkbaar nieuwe) receptioniste. Er kon geen lach vanaf en het eerste wat gedaan moest worden was betalen. Collega's waren een stuk behulpzamer. Ook het parkeertarief van 15 euro per dag, alhoewel geen hoog tarief, kan men beter gratis maken voor de gasten. De parkeergarage is erg donker/slecht verlicht en voor vrouwen mogelijk beangstigend.

allles bestens , Frühstück top, sehr nettes Personal, Parkgarage sehr gut und breit, Lage zum Flughafen optimal

Mülleimer im Bad war nicht geleert, habe ich reklamiert, lediglich Entschuldigung, bei der Übernachtung zuvor das gleiche Problem, damls ein upgrade Zimmer erhalten
