My Daughter and I have just returned from a 4 Day Break staying at Royal Plaza Hotel. It was lovely. The Staff are so helpful and the rooms are kept immaculate. We had lovely friendly staff looking after our room and nothing was too.much fo them. The beddng and towels were lovely and fresh. From walking into the Hotel the Reception we felt welcommed. Location ideal, felt vefy safe. The Roof Top area a bonus and very relaxing. The Old Town really beautiful, interesting shops and lovely cafe culture. The Castle area can be quite a steep walk but has good steps, justbtake your time ( would not go in the rain quite slippery ) if not wearing suitable footwear but well worth the lovely interesting places along the way, shops, village and views. A living village full of quirky shops. The area has a brilliant taxi service and we travelled to various locations, very reasonable. Some great eateries too along and behind the harbour. A very chilled break and something for everyone, cultered or party whatever your taste. The cafe's selling coffee and cakes are excellent... Hopefully we will be returning as so much more to see of this beautiful Island.

Buena ubicación. Muy bien el restaurante

El check in a las 16.00 h me parece impresentable. El problema debe ser porque hay poco servicio de limpieza y las habitaciones no están limpias. Es un gran hotel pero necesita un "lavado de cara", se ve obsoleto y viejuno

Trato amable, educado, colaborativo y cordial del personal. Ubicación alejada del bullicio y al mismo tiempo muy próxima al puerto y el centro de la ciudad sin necesidad de coger transporte. Multitud de comercios y servicios en los alrededores del hotel. Habitacion espaciosa, tranquila, bien equipada y con terraza agradable. Baño grande y bien provisto de juego de toallas. Camas cómodas, almohadas dobles. Ropa blanca limpia y completa.
