"Clean hotel, but poor communication and unaccommodating staff made the stay disappointing."

It had a parking garage BUT they charged you to park your car there.

The hotel was clean; however, the staff was not very welcoming and made us feel like an inconvenience. I wish the staff had been more accommodating. Additionally, we were not informed prior to check-in that the pool would be closed on New Year’s Day—this information was not listed online and was only shared upon arrival. Even though I paid full price expecting to use all of the hotel amenities, I was unable to do so, and nothing was offered in return.
