Paguia’s Cottages

Location

The stay was disappointing and the place needs several improvements. There were only a few power outlets and no extension provided. The WiFi password was not given and had to be requested from the staff. One of the lights was not working and the other lights were very dim, making the room dark. There was also no fan in the living room. The bathroom was not very clean and no hot shower, and there were only a few hangers provided even though the accommodation is for 8 people. The staff mentioned that the light would be fixed, but no one came back to address the issue.

Frühstück gibt es nicht, auch keine Bar oder Restaurant. Lage recht gut, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung 2 sehr gute Restaurants. Wej´nige Meter entferrn Abfahrt zur White Island

Rezeption ist nicht besetzt, eine Position ist leer, sie ist beschriftet mit "Hier klingeln". Klingel gibt es aber nicht. Es wird kein housekeeping service gewährt nur auf besondere Anforderung. Die aircon signalisiert mit einer roten Lampr eine Störung, die wir unmittelbar an eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels gemeldet haben. Es wurde aber bis zur Abreise nicht darauf reagiert. Es gibt keine warme Dusche
