The hotel is nicely decorated and in a very good location. The staff is ver friendly and professional. The breakfast is good, although too expensive. The room was nicely decorated. The cleanliness could use some improvement. The toilet was dirty and we had to ask them to clean it. Some lights don’t work in the room. The Smart TV only had the option of connecting to android devices. The area was not noisy. All in all, you don’t get your moneys worth. I’ve stayed at hotels in Germany in tourist locations who cost about as much, but with better cleanliness and service.

the location of the hotel — it was very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. I also liked the style and atmosphere of the hotel

The room on the 4th floor was very hot. The air conditioning system looked old, worn out, noisy and unfortunately it was not working properly.

Einrichtung ist abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Bad war nicht zeitgemäß und das Bett hatte ein „Kule“, mit anderen Worten, es war durchgelegen.
