No respetaron mi reserva. Que por qué no fue pagada y me quede sin la reserva. Tuve que pedir que chequen un no show y pagarlo a precio completo para encontrar habitación. Terrible llegar a las 11 de la noche después de haber viajado Todo el día para que no me hayan respetado la habitación
