Spacious, location, quiet, clean, good shower, friendly staffs

Bed (it was comfortable but I could feel my hubby moving around and woke me up) I like water (still, sparkling, with mint,cucumber, lemon etc) being able to access in the lobby but clean glass should be provided and used ones to be removed more often. Also very often it was empty

Central location, clean, comfortable room with good sized shower room.

Although we specified a twin room when booking on Booking.com, on arrival we were told there was no twin available and it was ‘subject to availability’. However, when we complained about this, reception staff did find us a twin room.
