Hostel Herz

Three staff was amazing! We arrived at 2 a.m. and they left the keys with a lovely note ❤️ the room was preheated, which was amazing after a cold night, and we slept amazing :) thank you so so much for everything!

Location

The only reason I booked for the hostel was because they have a sauna , unfortunately the sauna was off during my stay :(

couldn’t pay by card, indoor smoking and not a lot hanging space in the bathroom

the location is nice, city center is in 5 min by walk, supermarket is in 3 min by walk, the room was spacious, had a balcony with table and chairs, also there is a table inside the room and wardrobe, for that money it’s nice to have such room, also it was clean. The woman with red hair from reception didn’t hurry us up to check out and was smiling and friendly.

the strong smell of smoking inside the hostel, everywhere, one of women from reception smokes inside the building in reception! it’s impossible to stay there, it seems the walls absorbed that smell and it’s everywhere! also it was bad smell on the floor where the rooms are but it seems it’s from the guest who stays in one of rooms, where he walks it’s a bad smell right away, he never say hi and had a negative vibe which spread around. There is a VERY small area for the kitchen, it doesn’t have tap with water so you must go to the bathroom to wash everything, no space to cut vegetables etc

Localisation is pretty good

There is no air condition in the room, it is in the hall. The room is very warm so you either have to open the door to get some cool from the A / C or open the window. if you open the window it will be noisy from the street and full of mosquitoes because there is no mosquito net. the kitchenette is a joke, not even an electric kettle to make hot water.
