El personal muy atento y servicial, tanto en recepción como en la sala de desayunos (el resto de servicios no los usamos). La variedad en el desayuno está muy bien, y todo muy bien organizado. Hasta disponen de máquina exprimidora de naranjas. La habitación y el baño son amplios y modernos. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, a unos 25 minutos a pie del centro, pero el paseo es ameno.

Todo estuvo bien.

This is an outstanding hotel, from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the most first class reception staff who are kind Helpful and very professional. The room we were given had a leak so we were immediately given a different room which was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic with lovely staff and beautiful food. The freshly cooked omelette was delicious. Be careful with parking if you park opposite the hotel and make sure you have stayed the correct zone on the Telepatk app. We added more time whilst out sightseeing and instead of the area by the hotel the app changed to the bull ring area. Although we paid until the time of departure our car was towed away. 135 euros later we had our car back. Thank you so much ?Maria Luisa and Marta for your help and kindness in sorting things out.

From the moment you enter this hotel you are treated with kindness, helpfulness and respect. The staff go above and beyond to look after you. The bedroom is clean and very comfortable and the breakfasts are the best I have experienced. Thank you to all the staff especially Maria Luis and Marta for being so kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. That level of service made us feel truly welcome. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

El desayuno y atención del personal de desayuno excelente!

Que supuestamente había un mini restaurante para cenar, pero nunca tenían nada! Solo había 1 persona a cargo y te decía que tenías que esperar a que atendiera a los que estaban primero, pero mal servicio! No había variedad de comida sino solo cosas más como para picar!

Linda y cómodas habitaciones. Cerca del parque Yamaguchi y de restaurantes. Ideal para para estar cerca de Universitarios. Buen desayuno y Charo una mesera súper amable !
