Good

I booked this through resort pass as the pool at our Airbnb was under construction. The price per person was reasonable compared to others. Pool was big and clean. Beautiful scenery. I did not use any of the other facilities only the pool. I would visit again however it was far distance from Sam Juan. It is advertised as a resort so maybe I was just expecting more.

Friendly staff. Arrived late so did not get to enjoy property but it was clean, well maintained and beautiful views.

My wife were vacationing on the island for 2 weeks and we thought what better way to start our trip than an evening at the Fajardo Inn. A mistake for sure. The employees were OUTSTANDING the facilities not so much! Large room with a full size bed only, not enough towels, limited toiletries and the main door had a gap of at leas 3/4". To say we slept with an eye open regarding potential insects and other animals is an understatement. Miniature golf course a debacle, walking the property was a challenge for sure. Not a please we'd be staying ever again! Have to emphasize however that the employees were great, they tried in every way to make the visit enjoyable but we could see it's a difficult task.

I stayed overnight while attending a business workshop. Room was ok, clean but loud ac and very little hot water. Staff was very courteous and attentive, however our company purchased a whole week with conference room and breakfast/ lunch for 15.people they basically kicked us out from conference room because it was to 6 pm. Wanted to charge 300.00 for extra 30 minutes to finish workshop and basically we had to put all of the gear out on the lobby's floor and finish outside. Nowhere in the world I've seen this lack of business practice. The hotel had very little occupancy and no other activities were happening at the conference room. It is really 2 star hotel, from from the 4 they claim. Nevertheless to say, we will not use it again.

The room was impeccably clean! The property grounds are very beautiful with tropical landscaping that invites many birds. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom had great water pressure, and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel has a very helpful staff, and the room service runs until 1 am. If you are looking for a stay near El Yunque or a quick ride to take the Ceiba Ferry, this is your place to book.
