"Worst service ever... "

Terrible customer service... I’m not really sure why we were treated like outcast but we were ... we sit down to eat and we were ignored... 7 servers walking by no one stopped to help us .. I then went to talk to a man standing behind the cash register and ask if I could order a pizza ? He said yes I was upset my son Was hungry but why weren’t we being helped?? My only guess was because we were white.. that is just one of the incidents

"Beautiful beach"

Hotel alone is ok, but next door is Marina Blue and Off Road Haiti which both offer amazing experiences.

"beautiful beach stay "

we loved our stay here, it was our second time. The beach is well maintained and there is a lot of space and chairs available. lots of beach side dining tables. we had a great time and it was sad to leave.

Everything was good here. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The hotel was clean and it was very peaceful. If I could change anything I would say to do better with the food. The food was not good and it was very cold and not tasteful.

"Safe, clean and great place to rest. "

Room air condition was great, showers were great, staff was very helpful. Beer was ice cold, limited vendors to interfere with our down time, comfortable dining area, pool refreshing.
