The front staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel is super rustic very mountain inspired. The room was a bit weird, we walked in there was no bed we had to pull it down from inside a cupboard. The room was very dated some lights didn't work. It was clean and quiet, we were in a room near the pool area so I'm guessing in summer that would be noisy. Overall the place was rustic and warm but needs some updating especially for the price. We had plenty of parking it cost $36 cad a day. Very short walk to all shops etc.
