Room was a little old but it was quiet, which is something important for us. Hot tub was great after a long day hiking. Staff made things better, specially Brandon who was very friendly and did everything to help us make comfortable. Location was excellent, we had to pay privately for parking ,but we knew that in advance.

The furnishings and carpet were quite outdated and showed significant wear. The room would benefit from a refresh or renovation.

Everything was great. Starting from Ben at Reception when we checked in. He was informative and funny with great sense of humour. Location - absolutely perfect in the heart of Whistler. Clean, spacious rooms. while we did not have time to use the facilities, spa and gym looked really nice too. Staff next day very helpful in allowing me to park my car till 3pm even though we had checked out at 10am. Great service with real warmth.

Perhaps brighter lighting over the wash sink - helpful for shaving!

Very friendly staff, hotel is extremely well situated in the centre of the village. *I hadn't realised that the hotel is in two parts the main hotel and the other across the road. The room itself was comfortable, clean and the area quiet and having an underground car park was a bonus as said the hotel in the middle of the village Easy access to restaurants, shops and exploring Whistler on foot or transport links.

Die Lage ist Top, nur ein paar Meter vom Zentrum. Zimmer absolut in Ordnung. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis auch im Rahmen.

Kein Druck am Duschkopf. Massive Party gleich gegenüber ( andere Strassenseite), schlafen unmöglich.
