Everything about Bali Vilaasee and the staff exceeded our expectations. On arrival we were given welcome drinks and were surprised with a free cake at our villa as we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The villa was spacious, clean and bug free. The pool was fantastic as it has the sun all day and lights up at night. Their food was delicious and was always delivered to our villa quite fast, they even have a little door bell to ring when they arrive. Everything is within walking distance like resturants, atm, supermarket and close to Potato head beach club. Would 1000% stay at Bali Vilaasee again.

部屋は想像していたより素晴らしく、非常に楽しい時間を過ごしました。とくにプールサイドにバスタブがあるのはプールで冷えた身体を温めるのに最適でした。プライベートプールに子供は大喜びでした。 スタッフも笑顔で親切に対応してくれました。 周辺はレストランも充実していましたが、歩道が整備されていなく交通量が多いため、子供連れだと不安に感じるかもしれません。

Fantastic place to stay, as long as you’re ok with your bathroom feeling like it’s outside even though it’s not. Wonderful staff and great location

The property had great views. The staff were lovely, helpful and available 24 hours. The location is central so everything is nearby. The breakfast available was good and delivered on time although not a lot of variety in options. The place is quiet and serene despite being central in location.

The tub and bathroom could have been cleaner but was more or less fine after the first room service. There was a water stink on the first day. The fan didn’t work on the first day but were fixed on the next day upon our first insistence although we were first told it was how it was. Overall they were minor issues but for premium price we paid we expected spotless cleanliness.
