Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan

We had the pleasure of staying at Sayan and Jimbaran--both proved to be stunning locations. We started at Jimbaran and ended at Sayan and we would not have done it any other way as Sayan is a one of a kind experience. I have been too several properties and to say I was speechless with the scenery at Sayan is an understatement. As soon as we walked in, we were treated with impeccable service. We were greeted with a beautiful flower arrangement , this would set the tone to the type of service we would get throughout our 4 day stay. Our villa was stunning. Our villa was river front, the river provide a peaceful serene background to restful sleeps and poolside naps. We had the opportunity to take part in several resort activities, secret tour, mixology class, lunch picnic, water rafting among others. Each experience was perfectly curated an executed. We were also able to spend time with a local family, and see the beauty of Balinese dancing. We left us in awe was the staff throughout, they were friendly, took the time to get to know us, and went above an beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. A special thanks to Roby, Karang, an Adi. They went above and beyond and FS Sayan is lucky to have them. Thank you for everything.

Amazing dinner in an incredibile structure! We did and happy hour here and then a dinner, and the experience was incredibile

There is a magic to this place. I stayed 27 years ago, 12 years ago and in August 25. The magic is the tranquil location beside a river plus the incredible architecture plus the awesome service and the consistently amazing food. Worth every cent. We plan to return again for our anniversary in two years. We were welcomed in a special way because of being returning visitors and it being our anniversary. This was much appreciated. Tiny, tiny nitpicks - the shampoo & conditioner in rooms is not good at all. Bring your own. Our room had a musty smell for the first day - I think there is mould in the air conditioning unit. But in context of our experience - inconsequential!

Went for lunch what an exquisite place to stay next time we will consider staying here, definitely on the list of places to stay

We had a lovely stay at this resort while traveling with our baby. The villa was thoughtfully equipped with all the baby essentials, from a sterilizer to a baby bath, which made our stay much more comfortable. The Riverside Villas offer stunning views, but the sound of the river can be quite loud. If you’re seeking a more peaceful atmosphere, the Garden Villas might be a better choice. Special thanks to the warm and attentive breakfast staff, especially Handre and Evin, who made our mornings enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience. However, we had just come from Mandapa, which was truly exceptional, and it set a high bar. For our next visit, we’d likely return there or explore other nearby resorts that may be even a better fit for our preferences.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful visit to Four Seasons Sayan. A stunning facility and location that is only surpassed by the warmth and welcoming of the amazing staff! Peaceful and private yet close to adventure and amazing experience as soon as you need it, we found the balance of tranquility and adventure to be simply perfect! We left with a huge desire to return.

We only dropped in for a refreshing drink after a long walk. We were rather hot, and the waitress brought us a cold flannel to cool down and put a small fan on the table without us even asking!! Fantastic service, very impressed. Our drinks came, and they were lovely. They also provided some nibbles.

It was a short but amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, the staff recognized us by name, from the entrance all the way to the lobby. A special thank you to the manager who greeted us warmly in the lobby and the team. Everyone was friendly, kind, and made us feel truly valued. From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently attentive. I’d like to especially commend Krishna, who was incredibly kind and reliable with our early morning wake-ups. He was friendly and welcoming from our first day to the very last night. The room was spacious, peaceful, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of nature that made our stay even more relaxing. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome greeting on our bed and the personal greeting card from the F&B manager—it was a meaningful touch that made us feel genuinely appreciated. Thank you for making our short stay so memorable—we truly appreciated the exceptional service and warm hospitality.

This is a hotel like no other I have ever been to, it is in the jungle. Room was the best ever. Food I don’t have words to describe it , Whatever I tried was mouthwatering and top quality, The staff helpfull and friendly. I will always treasure the moments there and will return later days !
